• There is a parking lot designated for disabled visitors near the main entrance to the Museum and the Second Temple Model entrance. Museum visitors are requested to retain entrance tickets, or receipts from Museum stores, or restaurants for presentation at the exit booth of the parking lot.

• Museum entrance and passages are wheelchair-adapted

• Accessories for the visually-impaired, hearing-impaired and wheelchair users are available in the main entrance pavilion

• Audio systems for the hearing impaired are available at the ticket counters

• Ticket and information counters are wheelchair accessible

• Admission discounts for holders of disability card

• Admission discounts for wheelchair users (admission is free to an escort)

• Admission is free to blind visitors and their escort

• Entry is permitted for service animals only

• Disabled visitors escort available by appointment

• Audio guide in several languages ​​including inspirational loop

• Accessibility maps in English and Hebrew - details at the information desk

• Wheelchairs are free and available at the information desks

• Lockers available in the entrance pavilion - details at the information desks

• Automatic cash teller adapted to wheelchair users

• A transit vehicle seating four is available to assist those who have difficulty walking through the Route of Passage
 
• A cloakroom and folding chairs are available near the elevators

• Elevators, stair lifts, and ramps are available in the various galleries (there is no Shabbat elevator)

• The Museum’s restaurants and shops are wheelchair accessible

• Rest rooms are equipped with wheelchair accessible stalls and have alarm buttons

• The Sculpture Garden is not accessible to wheelchair users  (there are, however, several accessible vantage points that overlook the Garden)

• The lower level in the Shrine of the Book is not accessible to wheelchairs
